Order Acceptance/Confirmation - After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have given us with the order.

Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Return & Exchange Policy - Trading Card Boxes/Cases, Autographed Memorabilia - Due to the volatile market on trading card unopened boxes and cases and to protect the authenticity of all certified autographed memorabilia that we sell, all sales of unopened trading card boxes and cases and autographed memorabilia are final.

Break Policy - If you purchase a team in any break, PYT, PYD, Random Team, Random Division, ETC... and no cards from that team are drawn from the cards or memorabilia you will receive a High Standard Break Gift Bag. Post break your order will be marked as fulfilled and tracking info will be updated.

 Apparel & Accessories - Clothing and other apparel and accessory returns are accepted as long as we are notified within 48 hours from proof of purchase. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping to High Standard USA, LLC.

Single Cards - If unhappy with the condition of a card or cards, customer may request a return or exchange if we are notified within 48 hours from proof of purchase.

Game Used/Autos, Inserts Ratios on Trading Card Products - Insertion ratios are on average across an entire production run and are not guaranteed. Any issues regarding content/quality should be directed to the manufacturer.

Use of this Website - The design of this website and all text, graphics, information, content, and other material displayed on or that can be downloaded from this website are protected by copyright and other laws and may not be used except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions or with prior written permission of the owner of such material. You may not modify the information or materials displayed on or that can be downloaded from this website in any way or reproduce or publicly display, perform, or distribute or otherwise use any such information or materials for any public or commercial purpose. Order Limitations/Limited Quantities - High Standard USA, LLC. may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. High Standard USA, LLC. also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same website account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping Limitations - All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to High Standard USA, LLC. shipping policy. Orders will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
